On other platforms, these mini-games were a lot of fun, but the controller implemented in this format isn't very good. The pit stops are actually just one of several mini-games offered within the game. Most of the mini-games are missions themselves, where you will collect tires as the character Guido, the local tire mechanic, or alternatively, you may go tractor tipping at a local farm as Mater.
